Tai itin intensyvus \u0161irdies ir plau\u010di\u0173 darbo, tempo valdymo ir geb\u0117jimo dirbti su progresuojan\u010diu nuovargiu patikrinimas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Antrasis i\u0161bandymas \u2013 j\u0117gos rungtis.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sportininkams suteikiami trys 30 sekund\u017ei\u0173 langai pakelti kuo didesn\u012f svor\u012f atliekant prit\u016bpim\u0105 su i\u0161k\u0117limu vir\u0161 galvos. Per kiekvien\u0105 lang\u0105 galima atlikti kelis bandymus. Rungtis tikrina maksimali\u0105 j\u0117g\u0105, technin\u012f tikslum\u0105 ir sprogstamum\u0105.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tre\u010diasis testas \u2013 k\u016bno svorio rungtis.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">12 minu\u010di\u0173 be pertrauk\u0173 trunkantis testas: kopimas virve, \u0117jimas ant rank\u0173 ir burpee \u0161uoliai per d\u0117\u017e\u0119. Tai sud\u0117tingas pe\u010di\u0173, liemens, koordinacijos ir k\u016bno kontrol\u0117s i\u0161\u0161\u016bkis, reikalaujantis stabilumo nuolat kei\u010diantis intensyvumui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ketvirtasis testas \u2013 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 rungtis.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pirmiausia atliekamas L-sit laikymas ant blokeli\u0173, po kurio sportininkai atlieka 50 m plaukimo test\u0105 su vis trump\u0117jan\u010diu laiko limitu (nuo 1 min. 20 sek. iki 40 sek.). Nepavykus \u012fveikti distancijos laiku, atletas eliminuojamas. Tai dvigubas technikos, liemens stabilumo, kv\u0117pavimo kontrol\u0117s ir psichologinio atsparumo i\u0161bandymas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Penktasis i\u0161\u0161\u016bkis \u2013 kombinuota rungtis.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ji prasideda sud\u0117tingais gimnastiniais pratimais ore: atsik\u0117limais ant \u017eied\u0173, veiksmais ant skersinio ir atsispaudimais. Tuomet sportininkai pereina prie kardio dalies \u2013 dvigubi \u0161uoliai su \u0161okdyne ir 500 m irklavimas. Galiausiai atliekama j\u0117gos serija: trauka, \u0161tangos k\u0117limas vir\u0161 galvos ir atgaliniai \u012ft\u016bpstai. Tai rungtis, tikrinanti universalum\u0105 ir geb\u0117jim\u0105 greitai persijungti tarp skirting\u0173 fizini\u0173 u\u017eduo\u010di\u0173.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Paskutin\u0117 \u2013 \u0161e\u0161toji \u2013 galios rungtis.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tai penki\u0173 minu\u010di\u0173 maksimalios j\u0117gos ir grei\u010dio testas: prisitraukimai, prit\u016bpimai su svarmen\u0173 i\u0161k\u0117limu ir 400 m mynimas dvira\u010dio treniruokliu.
