Man tenka b\u0117gti 20 kart\u0173 po 500 m su 40 sek. poilsiu. \u0160i u\u017eduotis mane labiausiai nervina, tod\u0117l prie\u0161 jas reikia labai susikaupti, &#8211; sak\u0117 D. Norint pasiekti savo tikslus reikia nugal\u0117ti ne tik prie\u0161ininkus, bet ir save.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Motyvacija turi atrasti kiekvienas pats savyje. Pagrindin\u0117 motyvacija &#8211; nusistatytas tikslas. Betikslis b\u0117giojimas man pa\u010diai b\u016bt\u0173 ne\u012fdomus.
